Healthcore Clinic

This $5,255,000 project added a 4-story medical office building to the owner’s existing one-story structure. The new building includes medical exam facilities, a new lab, optometry clinic, dental clinic, mental health facilities, and a research area for KU Medical School and Wichita State University. The new clinic tripled the owner’s capacity by allowing an additional 30,000 patient visits over the next seven years.
