HomeGrown in Omaha Nears Completion

HomeGrown Expands to Omaha: Nearing Completion of Blackstone Building Location

We’re nearly finished with our second HomeGrown location in Omaha, NE for Thrive Restaurant Group!

This location occupies about 3,500 SF of space on the first floor of the historic Blackstone Building, home of Thrive Restaurant Group’s office, one of Omaha’s local news stations, and several other tenants.

This project was uniquely challenging due to limited work hours, coordination with another general contractor’s work, scope on multiple floors for MEP connections, and complicated logistics.

HomeGrown will host their soft opening on February 1st.
