Russell Child Development Center

Russell Child Development Center (RCDC) is the umbrella agency for early childhood programs in 19 Southwest Kansas counties, including Child & Adult Food Program, Healthy Steps, Learn & Play, Positive Parenting and many others.

The RCDC team was in need of a facility that could check many boxes. The onsite staff regularly schedules visits from physicians and physical therapists to provide specialized treatments for children across the region who might otherwise not be able to receive them.

Jaco is proud to have been the contractor of choice to perform the construction of a new office multi-use facility for RCDC. The building is a mixture of office, medical, training and warehouse use, and was completed within 365 days.

The organization has had a positive impact on the lives of countless children and their families over the years, enjoying a reputation for providing high-quality services with integrity. Jaco is incredibly proud to have been a part of the history of RCDC by creating a brand-new space with lots of room to enable their staff to do fantastic work.
