HTeaO
Glendale, AZJaco’s first HTeaO just broke ground in Glendale, AZ.

Magnolia Village: Phase 2
Salina, KSProgress continues at Magnolia Village as our team at Jaco, a nationally trusted general contracting company, moves forward with Phase 2 of the multifamily development. This phase will introduce a variety of housing types, including slab-on-grade homes, “Micro Mansions,” 98 traditional apartment units, and a second clubhouse.
The horizontal home portion of the project will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans and will be among the first of their kind in the Salina area. Once complete, the overall Magnolia Village development will add 350 apartment units and 150 homes to Salina’s growing housing market!
