Our team at Jaco, a nationally trusted general contracting company, recently completed Phase 1 of Magnolia Village, a large-scale multifamily development in Salina, Kansas. This first phase marks the beginning of a planned 500-unit community and includes 11 buildings: 10 three-story apartment buildings and a centralized clubhouse.
Phase 1 features 25 one- and two-bedroom apartment units designed with full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and full-size appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, and dryers. The project also includes six detached garage buildings with 45 total garage units available for lease.
In addition to the residential buildings, the development features a variety of community amenities designed to enhance the resident experience. The clubhouse includes a large fitness center and sauna, while the outdoor amenities feature an oversized pool area with grilling stations, shaded seating areas, and multiple televisions. Additional amenities include a playground, dog park, pickleball court, and half-size basketball court.
