Collar Club

This project was a reuse of an existing building. Working closely with the design team and Owner, Jaco converted the 10,000-square-foot, 70-year-old building into a high-end pet facility. The project required a complete rebuild of the electrical and mechanical systems and new finishes throughout. The 180-day, $1,107,000 project was completed on time and on budget.
