What keeps you motivated at work?

Knowing no matter what, at the end of the day, my kids are waiting for me at home with a smile on their faces.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Being able to learn, grow and maybe one day pass down the lessons learned to my children.

Greatest fear?

Heights.

Where is your favorite place to be?

Somewhere camping with my wife and kids.
