A new addition to Jaco’s rapidly growing portfolio of hospitality projects is the first-ever major hotel of the City of Jonesboro, Louisiana, the Sleep Inn and Suites for Global Hotels International. This brand-new 3-story, 48-room hotel was completed within eight months, and brought to the city a great new option for a restful overnight stay or event gatherings. The success of Jaco’s project team in getting the project in their budget and out of the ground was thanks to their efforts in working closely with the owners and the design team during the preconstruction phase.
